Here is the beginning our new renovation. First step: fix the slab. This mixed bag of previously poured slabs were over 50mm out of level from one corner to the other. Using epoxy, concrete, anchor bolts, and flood coat we united them into one unit.

When the team isn't working on large scale builds, we have our hands full in tight roof spaces hard ducting high-end Qasair rangehoods. Each duct here contains both a vertical and horizontal 90 degree bend, allowing us to reach the eaves with ease.

This week we were glad to finally receive some sunshine. The perfect weather for installing End Seam architectural wall cladding. The process for installing this cladding was simple, with 20 degree angled cuts at the bottom to match our flashings.
